Volunteers Needed - WCRC

Morning,

We are filling in volunteers at the Windy City Rib Classic which will be held August 12th at Theater on the Lake, Fullerton/Lake Shore Drive. Volunteering would involve free t-shirt, lots of sunshine (hopefully no rain), afterparty with beer, food and a band and a bit of actual work.

Helping the BBQ teams get set-up and provide support during the day
Helping with traffic control…directing various groups of people to their appropriate parking location
Helping the bands to get ready for their set
Stage preparations
Welcome and Entrance
Greeting the general public and helping to answer questions they may have about the event
Sponsor Relations
Working with the main lead to make sure the sponsors are set-up and cared for during the day
Marketing & PR Relations
Helping to hang banners, send tweets and updates to the facebook page
Greeting media and giving a tour of the event
