Post #1 - January 6th, 2014, 11:30 amThis dinner will feature friend and collegue Chef Michael Karman flying in from Portland Or. with goodies in hand. Wild mushrooms for certain, with more tbd as we get closer to the event. He's also a walking, breathing pasta machine, so it's safe to say we'll do a pasta course this time. I will post the menu in a couple wks and for what it's worth, the last one sold out. Hope to see my LTH friends there.
