Meet Doug Sohn, owner of nationally recognized Hot Doug's, Chicago's popular hot dog restaurant, known for its unique menu and devoted customers. Sohn discusses his book, "Hot Doug's: The Book" that provides a history of hot dogs, his restaurant, and its many patrons. Books will be for sale and the event will conclude with a book signing and samples from Hot Doug's.
