    What is CustardList.com?
For those of you new to CustardList.com, it is a web site devoted to providing the daily flavor listings and other information for custard stands. The daily flavor listings depend on the generous volunteers (you can do it to, check out our help section) who pick up the flavor listings from their favorite stands and then submit them each month. This is the basis for CustardList.com

    http://www.custardlist.com/

If there are custard vendors who are not present on this website, maybe we can forward this website's location for their consideration.

    Regards,

The people making fun of old-fashioned food advertising don't alway get it. When confronted with a World War II piece on saving and re-using bacon fat, this blogger asks, "I'm even more curious, however, as to why anyone would want to take a perfectly nice steamed broccoli and 'season' it so it tastes like bacon fat."

Holly Eats is a nice website - how can you not like a site with a "grease stain" rating system. Chicago gets good coverage.
But I am much happier foraging about for an out-of-the-way barbecue shack, the best bowl of chowder on the Maine coast or a truck stop that still does home cooking. Three or four times a year I hop in my car, pick a state or two, and eat my way through them.

And this should be bookmarked especially if you are anywhere close to Chicago
