Just a quick heads-up. I was at Bill's Blues Bar last night (hadn't been in quite a while), and they've upgraded their beer offerings. They'll never challenge the Hopleaf, Quenchers or the Map Room (although the music's much better than at any of those places), but I did have a Two Brothers French Country Ale, and a Kwak Belgian Ale (in the proper glass & wooden stand) - both were on tap. I also had a bottle of Mad Hatter Pale Ale.

I won't go into detailed descriptions of the beers - there are good reviews of them all over the web.

I was expecting the best they'd have would be Bass, Guiness, and a Sam Adams or Goose Island - all pretty good beers. But to see these - I was pleasantly surprised.

Bill changes the Two Brothers' tap with the season and there's usually one other interesting thing on tap. Sadly, last time I was in there, the tap beers were all tapped out. But the cheap bottled beers and good music quickly made me forget.
