I saw this at Pastoral in the Loop and grabbed the Pinot Noir soda while waiting for them to slice my husband's prosciutto.
It was really pretty good. It tasted more like wine than soda. It was not very sweet, but had as many calories as a regular soda, 130. I was attracted to it also because there was no corn syrup used as a sweetener. It relies solely on Pinot Noir grape juice for the sweetness. It has a nice fizz and is probably perfect for folks who do not like a sweet soda. They also had a Chardonnay grape soda. I will try that, but I recall those wines being rather dry, and with a bit of oak. I do not know how that will translate.
They do have a website at winecountrysoda.com.
