Koval Bierbrand

So I have a case of Koval Bierbrand. I love it chilled, I love it slightly warmed. its a great sipper out on the patio at night. However, I'm at a loss as to what to mix it with. any ideas out there for cocktails made with a hoppy/malty brandy?

It is distilled from a batch of Metropolitan Brewing's Dynamo that didn't turn out right for the brewery. It's got a beautiful nose full of hops, but then balances out with some malt character as well.

what would you do?

I'd just sip it. I've been trying to find some, ever since I talked to Doug and Tracy about it. But at Binny's they said they didn't have any.

I bought mine directly thru Koval. (working at a restaurant helps)
If you don't have any luck, I'd be willing to part with a bottle.

I tried some of it recently and really liked it a lot as well. It definitely has a malty/hoppy taste, so it is like using beer as a mixer without the carbonation. Could be good in a boilermaker

Unfortunately I can't think of many good beer cocktails that I've tried, but there's a decent round up of beer cocktails here that may be helpful. It has enough of a hoppy taste that I'd try to avoid anything sweet so you don't end up with cough syrup.

I've been putting a splash of Koval's ginger liquor into prosecco on hot days and really like that a lot.
