Cafe Borgia - Anyone Still Serve This?

Does anyone know of any coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, etc that still serve Cafe Borgia from scratch, not from a mix or syrup? I used to order this at 3rd Coast or Scenes - I can't remember exactly - and it was awesome. No one make this from scratch anymore.
