I am currently addicted to Limon Pepino Gatorade. The cucumber is so crisp, nice standard Gatorade lime (more the Rain Lime profile than Lemon Lime), not as sweet or cloying as the standard. Hard to find, most available in Latino grocery stores and convenience marts, and people out of the distribution areas pay a lot for it online.

My brother swore by Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper, and we even shared a long-expired can of it last summer (still quite good).

Might you know of a local source? I promise not to empty the shelf, but I MUST try this. Immediately.

    Seconded. Do tell!

I used to be a big fan of Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper, or "DCVDP" as some former coworkers & I used to call it. We even successfully lobbied our office to stock it in one of the break room vending machines.

I have very fond memories of the elusive Dr. Slice...I seem to recall it tasting as if Dr. Pepper & Cherry Coke had a baby.

I love the flavors of potato chips you find north of the border, particularly Bacon, Dill Pickle & Ketchup.

Near me, the places I've seen it are Tony's Finer Foods and most recently at the 7-11 on Madison east of East. First time I had it was in San Antonio late last year. But don't take my word for it.

    Best. Endorsement. Ever.

I think I'll be making my way to Tony's later. They've been my recent source of Yali Pears lately @ 3 for 99c.

I just picked up two bottles of th Limon Pepino Gatorade at the 7Eleven at the corner of Belmont & Racine. There were at least a few more in the drink cooler. It is awesome.

Just saw Peach Nehi for the first time yesterday. Very tempted, as I love all things peach. But it was at Garden Fresh Market, where sodas are marked up more than they should be, so I'll watch for it somewhere else.

Peach Nehi is disgusting. Just a warning. Do give it a try, though.

Aw, sorry to hear that. Just as well I resisted. I wonder if there are any good peach sodas out there. Time to go search through the pop/soda tasting notes thread.

Izze Peach isn't bad. That's kind of cheating because it's a fruit juice based soda.

I think peach is one of those flavors that's hard to capture through lab-made flavorings. There isn't really any good peach candy out there, either.

Just picked up a couple Limon Pepino gatorades at the 7-11 you referenced Santander. Stuff is awesome.

When I was a kid I used to drink coke and milk combined, like 25% coke and 75% milk... haven't tried it in like 20 years though but I remember liking it for some reason when I was younger.

I have, and they're better than most stuff out there but still not great. They do include peach puree as an ingredient, which I suspect is why they're decent.

Generally, all Asian gummies are scrumptious.
I struck out on the limon pepino at Tony's, but most of the Gatorade was gone because of a sale.

I had forgotten all about this! I thought it was 50/50 but may be wrong. Reminded me of what was left after eating the ice cream out of a coke float.

Spent a bit of time in Saskatchewan in college and I recall the locals being quite fond of a White Russian-like drink topped with Coke...I believe they called it a Paralyzer. Seem to recall it not being as bad as I imagined it would be, but that's not saying much.

The peach soda at Filberts isn't bad. The price is certainly right.

They have lime cuke Gatorade at the Walgreens on Milwaukee and Armitage.
