Meritage on Damen and 90/94
404 Winebar on Southport
Webster Winebar on Webster St. between Claiborne and Ashland
The Tasting Room on Randolph

You might also want to search through the "Something to Drink" board.
My personal favorites are Juicy Wine Company and Webster's Wine Bar (plus Avec which is a restaurant, not a wine bar per se).
