    If you haven't seen The Beermap you need to take a look. Amazing project, looks unbelievably thorough.

    I have not seen the site, but I live in Utah, Yes Utah. We have a couple of breweries, if you will. One in particular is at Rooster's Restaurant. There you can observe the beer as it goes through its brewing/fermentatin process from beginning to end. The employees will walk you through the process of the yeasty liquid and explain how in the end it turns into several different Ale's that they make. You can come in and have a glass with your meal, or you can come in and buy a customized jug to take home to enjoy!
