Growing up nearby, the Glenview house was always a complete dive. On warm days (weekday or weekends, didn't matter), the patio would be packed with rough looking bikers and townies. At night, the townies always managed to hang around while a horde of underage teenagers swarmed the doorman with middle aged divorcees standing with their backs to the bar. Craft beer? It was more like a pitcher of Miller Light with 10 silo cups type of place.
Sorry, hard to wrap my head around the idea that the Glenview House is now "upscale!"
