Stopped in Fryday and had a pulled pork sandwedge, garlic fry and coleslaw to go.
Coleslaw was great, hand cut garlic fries were ok and pulled pork was weak. The pulled pork was not nasty, terrible, throw away in garbage cans for racoons to eat later in the night. It just did not have much flavor or taste itself after I tried to wipe off some of the sauce and taste the meat. If this sammy did not have sauce on it the racoons would of got it for sure.
No smoke smell or taste in the meat at all, it did come with some sauce on the pork that woke it up a bit but still lacked smoke, spice and that porky taste.
They do the cooking for this joint off site, landlord will not allow a pit in house I was told. Problem #1.
I will have to call her next week and give her some honest feedback of what I thought of the lunch.
On the menu it says "we aim to please.....if you got some thin' to say, good or bad let us know. We cant fix it if we don't know it's broke!!"
The lady working said let us know how you like it and I said ok...will let ya know.
