I have been there. I won't say it's worth making special trip from the city, but it's certainly worth visiting if you're out that way.

One difference is that steaks at those places are a la carte; Five O'Clock includes salad, bread, potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, and, as mentioned, the relish tray.
The steaks are very good, high-end choice as advertised, nicely charred outside and served in a pool of zip sauce; I'd order a little rarer than you prefer, however. They do good lamb chops, and great shrimp scampi, too.
It's also a lovely room. There were some service issues early on; but it's been awhile and they may have worked the kinks out by now.
