Post #1 - October 25th, 2013, 6:50 amI did some serious searching didn't come up with a thread on Blue Sky, so started one. (if there is an existing thread, mods please merge this post into the existing).
Stopped by yesterday for a couple of cupcakes. Carrot Cake w/cream cheese frosting and a Lemon Coconut.
Mrs Willie & I split both last night.
The carrot cake was good.
While more lemony than coconut flavor, the lemon coconut cupcake was divine, thick/dense moist cake w/a substantial topping.
