    I did some serious searching didn't come up with a thread on Blue Sky, so started one. (if there is an existing thread, mods please merge this post into the existing).

    Stopped by yesterday for a couple of cupcakes. Carrot Cake w/cream cheese frosting and a Lemon Coconut.

    Mrs Willie & I split both last night.

    The carrot cake was good.

    While more lemony than coconut flavor, the lemon coconut cupcake was divine, thick/dense moist cake w/a substantial topping.

    It's been some time since I've had the goods from Blue Sky Bakery. I recall enjoying their product. Moreso, there's nothing like doing some good when buying your baked goods:

    They used to be at the Wicker Park Sunday Farmer's Market, and I always thought their scones were tasty.
