Recently I was able to try both the thin & thick crust pizza at
Ferentino's, specifically the west Lake Forest location.
The thin crust could be a very good pizza but there is far too much cheese on it. The sauce is bright, crust crisp & thin, just too much cheese. Next time I'll order with 1/2 cheese & this should be a delicious pie.
The thick crust was very tasty, good proportions of ingredients. The crust is not crusty/heavy/dense which is what I like about deep dish pizza so if you are searching for a light/airy thick crust pizza, this may be the spot for you.
