About that eggroll -
That is/was one of Chef Gil Langlois's signature desserts. I've had it in at least 3 of his restaurants, and it has always been at its best when he is with the kitchen preparing it rather than after he has moved on.
Chicago mag mentioned that Gil will be opening "Chalkboard" soon - I think in the old Tournesol space - so maybe the chocolate chip cookie dough eggroll will make an appearance there, as well.
