I had my first prime rib this year on my birthday (as a present from my lady love) at Don Roth's Blackhawk.
Great atmosphere. Had a very old school steakhouse look to it.
The prime rib (cooked med rare) was melt in your mouth good. It comes with au jus and (I believe homemade) horseradish sauce. You have got to try both. You get three size cuts to choose from. I got the regular cut which was good enough for me.
I would definately go back when its my girlfriend birthday as an excuse to have some more of that prime rib. (Give me time to save up some money)
