The airport's address is West Chicago but in reality, it's practically St. Charles. West Chicago's Mexican restaurants are quite a bit south of the airport. You might be happier either driving a bit further west to St. Charles, or if you plan to head back to the city along North Ave, finding someplace to eat in Carol Stream, Wheaton, Glendale Heights or Glen Ellyn.
So that leaves some interesting options.

Pizzeria de NellaIf you want to go all the way to Roosevelt Road, you can then take either 59 or Winfield Road south to I 88, then follow that east back to 294 or continue into the city on 290. In that case, downtown West Chicago has a place on Main Street, called El Coco Loco or Mr. Papas on Roosevelt at Joliet street, by the Chiquita food market.
