What about Monk's for a lively belgian bar scene with fantastic beer and moules frites? Maybe not formal enough, though...seebee wrote:Anyone? I'm thinking 30 bux pp just for the food. (booze / tip not included)
Will have a car. i eat anything, but d/c is not very adventurous. If can't find anything better, I'm leaning towards some joint called Modo Mio which has a 4 course prixe fix for 33.00. Will be in Center City, but have a car. Hole in the wall is fine. Looking for best food and conversation friendly. Maybe not Indian or Thai, although the d/c said they would try anything since I kinda have a clue about "exotic" foods. I've never spent any real time in Philly, so I'm clueless. Only going for one night. Tonight.
