I'd like to try doing filet mignon and lobster tail at home for Valentine's. Where do you recommend I shop for the filet - Paulina? Fox & Obel?

For the lobster, looks like the board favorite is Dirk's. Anywhere else? Ideally I'd like to go somewhere that has parking and that is open until 7pm. Can I buy the lobster tomorrow or should I wait til Tues?

Forgive my ignorance regarding red meat , but what's the best way to prepare the filet mignon indoors - cast iron skillet & oven?

I did that skillet then oven for the fillet last time I did them inside, and it worked out quite well.

Costco for both the filet and the lobster tail.
