I've found the best use (to my tastes) is to use the meat sliced thin against the grain in a salad. The marinade is almost too overpowering on it's own, but when it's flavor is dulled a bit by surrounding it with greens, baby spinach, tomatoes, some roasted red peppers and a scattering of pickled jalapeno chunks, it becomes a nice compliment.
I'd rather marinate my own meat, but this is perfect for nights when I end up spending more time at the office than planned on, and I just want to eat something.
