Post #1 - August 11th, 2008, 3:59 pmA friend asked if I had seen this anywhere. Apparently it's not even that well known a food in New Mexico where she is from. Anyone have a source? I've never heard of it before.I used to think the brain was the most important part of the body. Then I realized who was telling me that.

I've never heard of it before, either, and I'm trying to figure out if it's the dried leaf or the agave hearts (otherwise used for making tequila).

Post #3 - August 12th, 2008, 9:48 pmI've heard of agave granola, which I believe uses agave nectar. I'm not however sure if dried agave snack and agave granola are the same things. So not really sure if this helped
