A friend asked if I had seen this anywhere. Apparently it's not even that well known a food in New Mexico where she is from. Anyone have a source? I've never heard of it before.

I've never heard of it before, either, and I'm trying to figure out if it's the dried leaf or the agave hearts (otherwise used for making tequila).

    I'm guessing hearts.

I've heard of agave granola, which I believe uses agave nectar. I'm not however sure if dried agave snack and agave granola are the same things. So not really sure if this helped :)
