I drink wine, beer, and whiskey.
I rarely order a cocktail beyond a G&T in summer, a bloody with brunch, or a dirty martini now and then.
With the exception of an occasional mimosa on New Year's day, I never make them. Ever.
Cocktail culture has passed me by, both the original wave and the new.
But, I suddenly felt that something or other utilizing pom. juice might be both festive and tasty this holiday weekend. Aside from just spiking it with vodka, I'd be interested in any actual recipes that people have tried and enjoyed.
However, when it comes to alchemy involving bits of triple sec or grenadine, or three different artfully combined spirits, I have neither experience nor instinct and so am seeking counsel.
