I honestly can not take the "default honey" seriously after having tasted this stuff. It's produced in Turkey, Greece, and New Zealand. Does anybody know of a store in town (or suburbs even) that carries Pine Honey?

You should have plenty of choices. World Fresh Market on Devon carries Buram brand Pure Bee Pine Honey with Comb from Turkey at $12 for a 30 ounce jar. They have the Breitsamer Forest Honey and Orino "from herbs and coniferous trees" mentioned above. Also Langnese Forest Honey (from Germany; picture of pine needles and cone on the label).
If you try any of these I'd love to hear your opinion. I don't think I've ever had pine honey and might want to pick up a jar one of these days.
