You maybe out of luck at this late date, but try the following Great Neighborhood Restaurants:

    Delightful Pastries

    Floriole

    Hoosier Mama's Pie

All details about these places can be found via a quick search on this site.

    Good Luck!

Pumpkin pie is very easy to make - get a frozen or dairy-case-cold prepared pie shell (in a pinch get a pre-made graham cracker crust) and a can of Libby's pumpkin Pie filling, follow the directions on the pie filling can. Trader Joe's frozen pie crust is remarkably good for pre-made.

I was going to suggest the same. I've had tremendously good luck with TJ's frozen, prepared pie crusts in the past.

Pretty sure Whole Foods will still have plenty of pies.

I've found the Libby's recipe to be lacking, but easily tweaked to make it taste delicious. Double the spices, add an extra egg and a tablespoon of vanilla - voila! With a pre-purchased piecrust, easy as.....pie!

Now that we're in the eleventh hour, or darn close...I bought a sweet potato pie from Mariano's a couple of weeks ago that I thought was pretty decent, and if they make a decent sweet potato pie, I bet they make a decent pumpkin pie.

With the caveat that I'm not really a fan of pies* in general, nor pumpkin, I had a sample of pumpkin pie at Whole Foods yesterday and thought it was pretty tasty. (It helped that it was topped with freshly whipped cream.)

I will also have to agree with Libby's. It takes five minutes to throw together and you don't have to prebake a crust.
