Please, I need some recipe help.
At breakfast out today I had some smoked whitefish that was so salty I couldn't eat it. I took it home, thinking I'd do something with it. So, can you help me not to waste this stuff?
It definitely needs to be cut with something. I don't know if it wants to be a spread for bread, a sauce for pasta, a filling for a croquette, or something else. Whatever it is, it needs to not have any other salty ingredients
