Great episode on local suppliers/chefs.  Feature Publican Quality Meats, Supreme Lobster, Rare Tea Cellar, Jong Boo, El Ideas and Next.  Spent a lot of time with Phil Foss talking ingredients and cooking at El Ideas.
Supreme Lobster in particular was very impressive.  The breadth of their offerings is mind-boggling.  They do about a million and a half pounds a month from pretty much every continent.
