    Great episode on local suppliers/chefs. Feature Publican Quality Meats, Supreme Lobster, Rare Tea Cellar, Jong Boo, El Ideas and Next. Spent a lot of time with Phil Foss talking ingredients and cooking at El Ideas.

    Supreme Lobster in particular was very impressive. The breadth of their offerings is mind-boggling. They do about a million and a half pounds a month from pretty much every continent.

    Sadly, Jonathan Zaragoza's goat demo was cut from the US broadcast--it's on the website and supposedly included in an international version. It was his last day at Zaragoza's before starting at Masa Azul.

    My wife and I watched this the other night... interestingly, it featured the places I've taken her for her last two birthday dinners -- Next and El Ideas. I guess now it's only make sense to take her for dead body soup at Joong Boo this year!
