    Unfortunately, I think I am going to have to excuse myself and my guest from this month's exchange. I'm very sorry, but something has come up :oops:

    In honor of the Spill in the Gulf, I'm bringing Dirty Rice (just add oil).

    I think I'm going to do a version of Pozole Rojo (probably with chicken instead of pork...)

    Just confirming - I will bring your exchange that I owe you, Cathy2, from last time when I managed to leave a portion in my freezer :(

    If we have 6 exchangers, then we bring 5 portions, yes?

    My brisket is traditional Jewish-style braised brisket with egg noodles. It smells goooooooood :)
