Curried Lamb Meatballs (Kofta Curry)-Ground lamb meat balls in a spicy onion and tomatoes sauce.
Tandoori Shrimp-Large shrimp marinated in spices and grilled with butter.
Vegetable Kurma-Green beans, cauliflowers and potatoes chunks cooked with fresh coconut.
Cabbage Stir Fry-Thinly shredded cabbage and boiled split yellow chick pea’s stir fried. Garnished with fresh grated coconut and cilantro.
Chicken Biriyani-A very popular royal dish, made with curried chicken cooked with fragrant basmati rice.
Rice Pudding-Indian Restaurant buffet favorite made with milk,basmati rice, sugar and flavored with cardamom powder.
(In addition-Naan and yogurt raita will be served with this meal.)
