peanut-butter chocolate chip cookie recipe a la Carol's?

My husband just discoved the peanut-butter chocolate chip cookies made by Carol's cookies and loves them. I've never been able to make a pbcc cookie with the same kind of texture. Does anyone have a recipe that makes similar cookies? I'd love to surprise him with fresh-baked cookies!
