Grazer's Gourmet and unbelievable shortbread

In a tiny hole in the wall, 5333 N Lincoln Ave., there is an amazing bakery/coffee purveyor. This place offers such lovely things as chile/dark chocolate shortbread which starts smooth and rich as Valrhona and ends with a chile, sweet afterburn. There are an assortment of shortbreads, granolas, peanut butters, and fair trade coffee ---check out the pinon and the cowboy!
