Might you specify exactly what a "dutch oven knob" looks like? Perhaps I'm being obtuse, but the only dutch ovens I'm aware of are single piece(w/cover...no knob) cast iron, enamel-coated or not. I own a Le Creuset aluminum stockpot with lid + synthetic knob, but these aren't designed to go in the oven.
