I've fried turkeys using the Bruce Cook method several times now and it seems to just get better and better. What seems to get more and more difficult is locating a source for onion juice and garlic juice, both integral to the injection. This month I've tried a Dominick's, two Jewels, Paulina Meat Market, Cermak Produce, and more improbably, Whole Foods and Trader Joes. No sign of it, and my contacts in Pittsburgh are having just as much trouble.

Does anyone know where to find either within the city limits?

it's easy enough to make yourself w/a good juicer or high speed blender. if that doesn't appeal to you, if you google either, it's readily avail online w/a couple clicks of the mouse.

You can buy a gallon of garlic juice at JP Graziano's :)

I've seen smaller bottles of garlic juice in misters at Caputo's (near the right end of the meat counter. That was a couple years ago, of course.

Onion juice, just blend some onions in a cuisinart and strain.
