Apropos of the discussion of Chicago barbecue tradition over on the Smoque thread I went looking for some info about the idea of a Chicago tradition. There's not much to be found online, which is probably not surprising, but I did find this nice site which will be of interest to many here (I'm sure some have seen it before)
