Has anyone tried their Kirkland champagne? Or even know what price they're asking per bottle? I don't know why I'm curious...I just am.

we had a bottle of $20 (ish) Kirkland brand champagne and it was OK
but not a good enough QPR for me to spring for it again

FWIW the Kirkland brand 10 year tawny port at $16 and change is a good deal

I can't answer your question directly but when I was in Costco last week they had a pretty good selection of champagne of various brands and price points. Some I have even heard of. It's probably worth taking a look.

We tried a bottle and were not very impressed. I wouldn't purchase it again. At this time of year, you should be able to find a good deal on French champagne somewhere, especially Costco.

If there is a Wine Discount Center anywhere near where you live, the prices are lower than Costco's, and they have a great selection of wines. (And on Saturdays, you can sample most of them for free between noon and 4, at least you can at the WDC nearest me.) They have what they have, as opposed to always having everything you're looking for, but they have mostly good stuff at very good prices. I always pick WDC over any of the warehouse clubs when I'm looking for wine or champagne.

Today at Coscto I got a bottle of Chandon Brut Classic for $12.99. The Kirkland bubbler was over $19.
