Just grabbed All-Clad Master Chef II 7 Piece Set for $119. Add some filler to your order to reach $125 and get free shipping with code: "FS125". I grabbed a Mario Batali Wooden Spoon.

I know it says it won't ship for a month or so, and may end up getting cancelled, but worth a shot for me. This is a great price.

BTW-> I got this from Fatwallet.com. Somone that got set already says it is same as this one:

The items in pictures provided look totally different. The bloomingdale's one looks like it's an omelette pan, a small saucepot, a medium saucepot with steamer insert, and a stockpot. The amazon one has 8-inch fry pan, 1-1/2-quart covered saucepan, 3-quart covered saute pan, and 6-quart covered stockpot. I wish the bloomingdale's site had a description of what's included.

I would base it off what Amazon is showing. Apparently Bloomingdale's had similar deal last year and no one got what was pictured. I can't imagine All-Clad having too many different 7-Piece sets, so I assumed the Bloomingdale's picture was simply incorrect.

The amazon set has the following items listed, I put prices from Cookwarenmore.com next to each piece:
    8-inch fry pan ($36)
    1-1/2-quart covered saucepan ($64.60)
    3-quart covered saute pan ($114.24)
    6-quart covered stockpot ($128.52)

    $343.36 if purchased as open-stock from Cookwarenmore.com.

This is a great deal, thanks Jamie. It definitely looks like a price mistake (almost exactly $200 less than amazon...), but hopefully they'll honor it.

Based on posts from Fatwallet.com, people are receiving their sets. I guess this deal originally came up last week, then was out of stock and just popped back in stock this morning.

My ship date is 1/6/2007 :)

The page you linked to is selling components and not the set. I looked at the page and the only item on sale is the the 6 quart covered sauce pan. The rest of the items are full retail.

Is there a thread about cleaning cookware here?

I was wondering if you can use Easy Off oven cleaner on all clad products?

I believe it recommends Bar Keeper's Friend for cleaning. Have you tried that? EZ-OFF sounds rather extreme.

I got the same thing. Still hoping this set actually shows up rather than eventually being cancelled.

I also have an order for an All-Clad LTD Petite French Roti Pan that popped up for $29.99 on Dec 6 that iis set to ship 1/20/07. Worth the wait for both pieces :)

    It's just lye.

Reduce a sauce in the pan then burn the crap out of it, then let the pan sit overnight on the stovetop because you got drunk and fell asleep without doing the dishes. Seems to me that bar keeper's friend would take you a mighty long time to scrub the pan clean.

I'd be really interested to see what set people actually end up with on this. An All-Clad small sauce and fry pan are& usually available somewhere for about $20 each...sort of starter pieces to get you into the line, but not really functional enough to meet a lot of cooking needs.

Along those lines, the pictured set for $119 makes sense. If they're really including a big saute pan and stockpot, this would be a major deal, and I have to agree with gleam, probably a mistake.

Looking over at the fatwallet thread, I liked the people who duped some clueless sap at Bed Bath & Beyond into matching the price on the 7-piece set, which at BBB does include the big pieces, and using one of those ubiquitous 20% off coupons to boot. Now that's a deal.

    Here you go.

It sounds like (just going by what I've read here) BBB doesn't match Internet prices and doesn't accept that coupon on All-Clad, but apparently some of the employees aren't quite up to speed on all policies.

There's another link that has more info, but I haven't read through it all.

Mine is now delayed until February 24 and I had to actively respond to the notice to prevent the order from being cancelled (some FTC regulation, I guess.)

So be careful not to miss the update in your inbox if you're waiting and want to keep waiting.

They must have gotten clobbered with orders.

I just called but I sure wish they would make it as easy as a email response (paper trail) instead of having to call or fill out a form to contact them.

I wonder what the hold up is? Are they trying to get rid of as many orders as they can?

Of course, we understand you can only wait so long (until 02/24/2007 specifically).

this sounds like they will cancel the order on the 24th of Feb.????

Maybe; I read it as being cute, as in the references to the order being "fashionably late".

Optimistically assuming your order is delivered by 2/24, you couldn't wait for it any longer.

But I don't know any more than you. Me, I'd prefer clarity over cutesiness.

Backordered to 4/4/07 I'm going to hang on as long as I can. These "immediate action required" emails will no doubt reduce their BO orders
but I'm looking forward to sticking it to Bloomies if given the chance!

    Mine arrived today.

For those who were curious, the set contains all of the pans Jamie listed upthread:

    3 qt saute pan
    1.5 qt sauce pan
    8" skillet
    6 qt stock pot

Really a great deal. Now I just need to decide what to do with it.
