    Fascinating. And they would be wholesome and a good source of protein. The preparation actually looks similar to the chapulines in Oaxaca. I found chapulines to be tasty, but I didn't like having legs and antennae stuck between my teeth. I wonder if that's a problem with the "desert shrimps."
