Rye Bread and Gluten

It was very hard for me to find a real rye bread. After I went to europe last year, I cannot eat any of breads I used to buy here. Then I found similar bread on www.valgiai.com and I think it's the only one I can eat. I called them to ask about the gluten and after I bought it I found that it does not contain any of it. Whole foods also sell german rye bread but I know they put some sort of gas before they pack it, so it stays wet for a year.
