Did a quicksearch in my Thai cookbooks & Google, for the rich succulent dish called
Gaeng Hung Lay, served at Sticky Rice. The cubed Pork, is clearly cooked w/ garlic cloves (whole)- but other than that...I haven't a clue.
The folks at Sticky Rice all seem so nice- I've considered to ask the owner....but thought that I'd try here 1st.
