It's actually 310 W Randolph, about half a mile west of Millennium Park. There are a couple other Loop locations as well.

Actually the 130 E Randolph address is correct, it is the Prudential Plaza location, and it is located just North of the park.

You know, rice wrappers around fresh lettuce and meat, often shrimp. Not fried. When I described this they brought their spring rolls. They weren't fried but they were covered in a thick sweet sauce like nothing I can imagine coming from Thailand.

Sounds like you got a fairly typical rendition of a fairly typical menu item at "ameri-thai" restaurants -- that's just what they mean by "spring rolls" at lots of places.

Karyn's Cooked, and yes, it's River North. "Cooked" as distinct from the first Karyn's, which is only raw food.

    Bijan's Bistro, maybe?

Hope you had a great time in Chicago.
