Our third stop of the day was virtually next door to Mei Long Village, at...

Dumpling Notes: Rustic, robust pork/crab mixture and “juice.”

Other: I was quite keen on the beef soup which preceeded the xiao long bao. It was salty, sweet, and rich yet light, with several succulent chunks of long-cooked beef.

That beef soup looks so rich and flavorful that I could almost taste it just by looking at the picture.
