Dumpling Notes Quite flavourful, but entirely lacking in “juice.”

Other: I was quite keen on all of the cold plates which preceeded the xiao long bao, especially the raw, wine-flavoured crab. And, of all of the menus which we saw on this day, Giang Nan's looked to me to be the most promising. I fully intend to further investigate at some point in the near future.
