Even Better Than Organic

Very good article in this week's Time Magazine on Eating Local (link).

The author's trajectory towards eating local reminds me a bit of myself as he eventually comes under the spell of a local farmer. More importantly, the article makes the case that, with reasonable exceptions (wine, coffee, chocolate, etc.), eating local is possible.
