Have you seen this chile?

I'm trying to find a particular Thai ground smoked (or at least seems smoked) chile. I picked up this jar about 2 years ago at A Dong Market in Hartford, CT and have not been able to find it since. I have even returned to the scene of the crime in CT with the evidence in hand but to no avail. If anyone knows where I can find in in Chicago I'd be very grateful for the lead.
