Wicker Park Birthday Surprise HELP

I am planning a surprise Birthday gathering and need a place to gather a group of 10-15 people for drinks and appetizers. We need to be close to the Double Door to walk to it. Anyone have some connections or ideas for this? Good drinks are key as are fast attentive service and the ability to pre-arrange this.

Bravo is a new tapas place on Division...good atmosphere & food, probably a short cab ride away from double door
