l received the gift of a cooking class at Tin Fish for mother's day. I'm going next Monday evening to their "Salmon" class, which begins at 5:45. Since it's Copper River salmon season, I'm very excited to join in and hopefully learn some new ways to prepare it!
I'll report back and let you know if I think it is worth attending any of their other classes -- they hold them once a month and each month is something different.
